New Feature: Limit Promo Codes to One Use per Customer 2026 May Release

We are happy to introduce a new promo code setting in GymRealm Manager: the option to allow a promo code to be used only once per customer.

This feature was requested by our customers, and it is now available.

Why this feature is useful

Promo codes are a great way to attract new members, reward loyal customers, or promote special offers. However, some promotions are meant to be used only once by each customer.

With this new setting, gym owners and managers have better control over how discounts are applied and can prevent the same customer from using the same promo code multiple times.

New setting: One use per customer

When creating or editing a promo code, you can now enable the option to limit that promo code to a single use per customer.

Once the customer has used the promo code, they will not be able to use it again on future purchases.

Better control over promotions

This new option helps gyms run more accurate and secure promotional campaigns. It is especially useful for:

  • Welcome discounts for new members
  • One-time seasonal offers
  • Limited loyalty rewards
  • Special campaign promotions
  • Trial or introductory membership discounts
