We have added a new feature in GymRealm Manager that helps gyms manage medical certificates more securely and efficiently.
Customers can now attach a medical certificate when signing a waiver. The certificate can also be manually uploaded by reception staff directly through the software.
This gives gyms a simple way to collect, review, and validate required health documents as part of the waiver and access process.
Attach or upload medical certificates
When a customer signs a waiver, they can upload their medical certificate at the same time.
If the customer provides the certificate directly at the reception, staff can also manually upload the certificate through the software.
This gives gyms flexibility to collect certificates both online and in person.
Reception can validate the certificate
After the certificate is uploaded, reception staff can review it and mark whether it is valid or not.
This gives the gym control over the approval process and helps make sure that only verified documents are accepted.
The certificate can be approved or denied directly by the staff, making the process clear and easy to manage.
Require a medical certificate for dynamic QR code access
Memberships can now be limited to require a valid medical certificate in order to generate a dynamic QR code for entry.
This means that if a customer has an active membership that requires a medical certificate, the system can check whether the certificate is valid before allowing the dynamic QR code to be generated.
This helps gyms make sure that customers meet the necessary requirements before entering the facility.
Expiration reminders in the mobile application
For customers with an active membership that requires a medical certificate, the mobile application will show a notification 30 days before the certificate expires.
This gives customers enough time to renew or upload a new certificate before their access is affected.
By notifying customers in advance, gyms can reduce problems at reception and avoid last-minute access issues.
Validation report and approval history
A new report is also available for medical certificate validation.
The report shows which staff member validated the certificate and whether it was approved or denied.
This gives managers a clear overview of the validation process and provides better accountability for certificate approvals.
Safer access and better document control
The new medical certificate feature helps gyms manage health-related access requirements in a more organized way.
By allowing customers to upload certificates during waiver signing, enabling reception staff to upload certificates manually, connecting certificates to dynamic QR code access, and keeping a report of approvals and denials, GymRealm Manager gives gyms a complete workflow for handling medical certificates.
