We have added a new feature in GymRealm Manager that makes waiver signing more secure and easier to verify.
Waivers can now capture a selfie when the customer signs the document. This helps gyms confirm who signed the waiver and reduces the risk of someone completing the waiver on behalf of another person.
More secure waiver signing
Waivers are an important part of gym operations, especially for memberships, single visits, classes, events, and activities where customer consent is required.
With the new selfie capture option, the gym can store a photo together with the signed waiver. This gives staff an additional way to verify that the correct person completed and signed the document.

When a customer signs a waiver, the system can now request a selfie during the signing process.
