- You’ll now have access to a new dashboard where you can see all upcoming group events, view all waivers signed today, and track everyone currently inside the facility.
- The main menu has been completely redesigned to help you easily navigate and find what you need faster.
- You can also now see a quick summary of your daily income, broken down by cash and card payments, directly from the dashboard.
- Plus, we’ve added a feature that lets you leave notes for your team members, so everyone stays on the same page.
New Point of Sale Design
More user friendly

- First, you’ll notice a completely redesigned Point of Sale. You can now add images to all your products, making it easier to navigate in touch screen mode.
- In the Visits tab, you can create a shopping basket for your customers, streamlining their purchases.
- We’ve also made improvements to customer profiles. The information is now more detailed, giving you better insights into your customers’ preferences and history.
- Plus, with our new design for recurring memberships on installments, your receptionist can easily track past and upcoming payments. Keeping track of unpaid installments is easier than ever, thanks to the new bright color indicators, ensuring no payment slips through the cracks.
- For those using our mobile app, there’s an exciting new feature. You can now send personalized push notifications directly from the customer profile with just a click of a button, making it easier to engage with your members.
New Settings for Memberships

Several new features to enhance membership management and give you greater flexibility.
- One of the improvements is the ability to create exclusive links for memberships, allowing you to offer special memberships to select individuals without making them visible to all customers online.
- For recurring memberships on installments, we’ve added a dynamic price calculation feature. If a membership is purchased before the 15th of the month, the cost will be calculated based on the remaining days of that month. After the 15th, the price will be proportionally calculated for both the current and the following month. You also have the option to automatically apply a percentage price increase when renewing recurring memberships.
- Additionally, memberships can now be frozen at a discounted price during the freezing period, giving your customers more flexibility. They can even request to freeze or cancel their membership directly from the online customer portal, making it more convenient for them to manage their accounts.

With the new dynamic QR code feature in the GymRealm Mobile app, you can offer your customers greater flexibility while reducing costs associated with plastic cards.
