We have added a new setting in GymRealm Manager that gives gyms more flexibility during customer registration.
With this option, customers can register through the customer profile or the mobile application without confirming their email address first.
Faster registration process
Email confirmation is useful for verifying customer contact information, but in some cases it can slow down registration. For example, a customer may not receive the confirmation email immediately, may enter the wrong email address, or may want to complete registration quickly while already at the gym.
This new setting helps speed up the process by allowing customers to create their account and continue without waiting for email confirmation.
Optional setting
The setting can be activated or deactivated at any time.
By default, the option is turned off, meaning customers still need to confirm their email address unless the gym chooses to enable this feature.
This gives each gym full control over how strict or fast the registration process should be.

When enabled, the setting applies to registration from:
Customer profile
Mobile application
Customers can complete registration faster and start using the system with fewer delays.
More flexibility for your gym
This update is especially useful for gyms that want to simplify onboarding, reduce registration issues, and make it easier for new customers to get started.
Gyms that prefer stronger email verification can simply keep the option disabled. Gyms that want a faster sign-up flow can enable it whenever needed.
