Event driven mobile messages
Facilities can extend transactional email templates to send automatic push notifications through the GymRealm app. A template needs the mobile channel enabled and short notification text; the email subject becomes the push title. Personalization tags can insert member, club, membership, class or appointment details. The member must have the app installed and be logged in. Email remains available alongside the push message.
Supported triggers span membership expiry and purchase, remaining visits, unpaid or failed payments, expiring payment methods, bookings and reminders, waitlist changes, cancellations, no-shows, freeze decisions, expired medical documents and birthdays. Facilities choose which templates send to phones. Class and waitlist messages can open the relevant class in the app.
