Photo and device safeguards for mobile entry
A mobile application setting can require both a customer profile photo and a valid membership before generating a dynamic entry QR code. Reception can then compare the person at the door with the profile image, reducing the opportunity for account sharing.
We recommend pairing the photo requirement with an optional unique-device check. With that control, a new phone requires manager approval before it may generate codes for the account.
