Dynamic QR access investigations
A new log records dynamic QR entry attempts that are denied and cases where a member attempts another entry within a short interval. Staff can examine repeat entries, account sharing concerns or other patterns that warrant investigation.
A denied attempt may also indicate an expired membership, missing eligibility condition or faulty access configuration. Reviewing patterns across several members with the same membership type can help a manager find a setup issue instead of assuming misuse.
