Medical document collection and entry rules
Customers can attach medical certificates while completing waivers, and staff can upload documents received at reception. Employees review each certificate and mark it accepted or denied. A membership can be configured to require a valid certificate before the app generates a dynamic QR code for entry.
The mobile app alerts affected members 30 days before a certificate expires. A validation report records who reviewed the document and the decision. Together these steps connect collection, staff approval, expiry awareness and mobile access for membership types that require medical documentation.
